Philippines Trademark Registration

This page details the NICE classifications as detailed by the World Intellectual Property Organization. The Philippines is a participant in WIPO and can also read more about the WIPO in general here.

All trademarks must designate a class (or multiple classes) to be registered in. We provide this information on this page for your reference. We suggest you contact our expert staff for guidance on choosing a category. There are total of 45 classes, with 34 for goods and 11 for services.
